Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you buy goods from us online (Online Shopping). The Online Shopping Terms must be read. 

When you buy goods from us online, you agree to these terms and conditions and that we may send invoices to you electronically.
Courier (SA only)
We offer courier delivery to street/office address to major/medium cities in SA only for R100 per order.

Courier delivery is guaranteed with R1000 free insurance.
Ordering and cancellations
Online/in store orders are only valid once the payment is reflected in full.

No need to cancel any orders that are not paid for.
Changing your order
Do not pay for the order which you wish to change, just place a new order online.

After payment: We cannot add new items, or remove items from your order once its paid .

You can request to combine 2 orders together in one shipment, but you MUST email us immediately with the original order number to put it on hold for shipping, otherwise it will be packed for courier ASAP.
Any unpaid orders are invalid till such time payment is reflected. You don't need to email or phone to cancel any unpaid orders.

In order to provide fast delivery, we ship all orders quickly after being placed. In most cases your package is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled, it will have to be returned once you recieve it. We do not have the power to take parcels back from the courier.
Online orders are only processed once the payment reflects with correct order number.

Online orders: We take EFT, Cash deposit at ATM. Please use the order number as a ref. Any Cheque, cheque deposit, international deposit/EFT.
Buyer beware
Please note that human hair pieces/wigs are natural products, especially virgin untreated hair pieces. Color can vary slightly from donor to donor, batch to batch, as well as factory to factory. They will not be identical all the time.  

Weaves, clip-ins and closures are not all dyed from the same factory and they are not all donated from the same person, slight variation in color will occur.
Although every effort is made to photograph all items accurately and describe all products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor/cell phone will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing, or simply come through to our store to view.
Return and exchange
Exchange can be made within 3 days from the arrival of your order. You can either bring it in to our office or post it back. Buyer will pay for the return postage.

In its original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands intact - all hair which has been used/opened/tired on etc can't be exchanged.

In-store purchases: Exchange within 3 days from purchase, for another item or credit note. We do not offer cash refunds.

Hair extensions, weaves and wigs are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been removed from the packaging, or the if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be exchanged.

Refunds on non fault items (standard products): 25% handing fee will be deducted from the total excluding courier Fee.

Any hair dye, bleach, liquid lines, custom made hair pieces and order on special requests full wigs cannot be exchanged unless the wrong item was sent to you, in this case the wig cannot be used to be exchanged.  

Tape in hair extensions Ordered in by factory/supplier and non defective tape-ins cannot be exchanged or returned.  

Courier fee cannot be refunded.
Buy to sell/hawker/middleman beware
Buy to sell at your own risk. What you charge your clients and what your clients want to pay etc is between you and them.
Quality Guarantee on Installation
We guarantee any installation that we do at our shop:

-4 weeks on micro ring installations
-4 weeks on weaving
-4 weeks on tape in's

Fair wear and tear on the hair itself is depending on how its cared for.

Therefore, if you install /Chemical processes your hair at a third party and encounter issues, we will not be responsible for.

If you are buying to install for a third party, you will do so at your own judgment. We do not offer any warranty or guarantee on behalf of third party fitter or middleman on their handiwork.
Product availability
If an item has become sold out and we are not able to supply, we will contact you immediately to make an arrangement.

Goods are only available for delivery in South Africa.

Please remember the colours that you see will depend on the screen/ monitor device which you are using to access our website.
